Shipping policy

Physical orders ship from California within 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays. You will get a confirmation email with tracking when your order ships.

Delivery time depends on the option you choose at checkout and the carrier. Once a package leaves us, delivery dates are set by the carrier, and we cannot control weather or carrier delays.

We currently ship to the United States and the countries listed at checkout. International orders may take longer and may be subject to customs fees set by your country.

Digital products and printables are delivered by email right after checkout. No shipping is needed.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you do not have the package, or the package arrived damaged, email hi@bymyhale.com within 7 days and we will help.

Shipping costs are not refundable except when we made an error.
