Refund policy
We want you to be happy with what you ordered.
Books and physical products
If something arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email hi@bymyhale.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund, your choice. You will not need to ship anything back.
If you simply changed your mind, you can return an unused book in its original condition within 14 days of delivery. Email us first so we can send return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and the refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days of receipt.
Digital products and printables
Because these are delivered instantly, they are not refundable. If a file will not open or download, email us and we will fix it.
European Union customers
You have the right to cancel an order of physical goods within 14 days of delivery for any reason. The same return steps above apply.
