Your first 10-minute money conversation
Read one story
Read at bedtime, on the couch, or whenever you already share a book together. You do not need to explain every page.
Ask one question
Try: “Which jar do you think this money could go in?”
Let them choose
The goal is not the perfect answer. The goal is helping your child notice, choose, and talk with you.

Why I created By Myha

I am a mom of two boys, Andrew and Adam, who learn in different ways. Adam asks a hundred questions. Andrew learns best when things are clear, visible, and predictable.
Before I wrote children’s books, I spent more than twenty years in human resources, sitting with adults through paychecks, benefits, retirement plans, and real financial decisions. Many were capable people who had never been given calm, clear language for money.
That is why I write stories for children and tools for parents. You do not need perfect words. You need calm words.

FAQ
What age is this for?
Ages 3 to 8. A three year old enjoys the story. A seven year old sorts the jars themselves and argues with you about it, which is exactly what you want.
Does it make a good gift?
It might be the best first gift you can give a child. Most gifts get outgrown. This one starts a habit that grows with them. No gift wrap or gift notes yet, so it arrives in its regular packaging.
Do I need to know anything about money?
No. If you can read a picture book out loud, you can do this.
Do I have to give an allowance?
No. A dollar from grandma works the same way. The jars are for practice, not a system you have to keep up.
What if my child spends it all?
Good. An empty SPEND jar teaches more in a week than a lecture teaches in a year. Stay calm and let them feel it.
